Arrow Estimating is developed by FI Concrete LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Summary
Arrow Estimating processes all data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information or documents.
1. What Data We Collect
We do not collect personal information. Arrow Estimating does not require an account, login, or registration.
The following data is stored locally on your device only:
- Your project files (.arwproj) saved to locations you choose
- A record of your EULA acceptance (version and timestamp)
- Usage data necessary to manage the free trial period
- Application log files containing error messages and app events (no personal data)
None of these files are transmitted to us or any third party.
2. PDF Files and Documents
PDF files, floor plans, drawings, and images you open in Arrow Estimating are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared.
3. Detection Features
All detection features (room detection, wall detection, linear detection, scale detection, object counting, fill mode) use computer vision and run locally on your device. No document content is sent to external servers.
4. Microsoft Store
Subscription license verification is handled by the Microsoft Store (Windows.Services.Store API). When the app checks your subscription status, it communicates with Microsoft’s servers solely to confirm your license. No document content or personal data is included in this communication. Your subscription, payment, and account information are governed by Microsoft’s Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
5. Third-Party Libraries
Arrow Estimating uses OpenCV (OpenCvSharp4), an open-source computer vision library licensed under the Apache 2.0 license. OpenCV runs entirely on your device and makes no network calls.
6. Data Retention
All data stored by Arrow Estimating remains on your device under your control. You can delete your project files at any time, or uninstall the application to remove all associated app data.
We do not retain any data on our servers because we never receive any.
7. Data Security
Because all data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device’s own security (Windows user account, disk encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your Windows installation up to date.
8. Your Rights (GDPR — EEA/UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
Because we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. All data exists solely on your own device and you have full control over it.

9. California Privacy Rights (CalOPPA / CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

Do Not Track: Arrow Estimating is a desktop application and does not track users across websites or online services. Do Not Track browser signals do not apply.
10. Children’s Privacy
Arrow Estimating is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Accessibility
Arrow Estimating is designed for use with a mouse and keyboard on Windows 10 (version 2004) or later. The canvas-based drawing tools and PDF viewer may have limited compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies. We are committed to improving accessibility over time. Users with accessibility needs are encouraged to evaluate the software during the free trial period to determine whether it meets their requirements before subscribing.
12. International Users
Arrow Estimating is available worldwide through the Microsoft Store. Because we do not collect or transmit personal data, cross-border data transfer restrictions do not apply to our application. Microsoft’s own data handling for the Store and license verification is governed by Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
13. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
