Common Questions
My AI detections are not accurate. What can I do?
Detection quality depends on the resolution and contrast of your PDF. Try adjusting the detection sensitivity sliders, or manually correct measurements after detection. All AI outputs are estimates and must be verified before use.
I subscribed but the app still shows the paywall.
Close and reopen the app. The license check runs at startup. If the problem persists, contact us with your Microsoft account email.
Where are my project files saved?
Projects are saved as .arwproj files wherever you choose on your device. Use File > Save to choose a location.
Does the app upload my drawings or plans?
No. All processing happens locally on your device. Your files are never uploaded or shared.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Microsoft Store app > click your profile icon > Subscriptions > Arrow Estimating Premium > Manage > Cancel.
Can I use the app with a screen reader?
The app includes keyboard navigation and screen reader labels on all controls. However, the canvas drawing area has limited screen reader support. We recommend evaluating the app during the free trial period to confirm it meets your accessibility needs before subscribing.
