These terms govern your use of Arrow Estimating, developed by FI Concrete LLC. By downloading or using Arrow Estimating you agree to these terms.

1. License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Arrow Estimating on Windows devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the software.

2. AI Output Disclaimer

Arrow Estimating uses automated detection to generate measurements and estimates. All outputs are for reference only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. You must independently verify all measurements and estimates before using them in any professional, commercial, or contractual context.

3. No Professional Advice

This software is not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, or quantity surveying advice. Always engage licensed professionals before making construction or financial decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FI Concrete LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this software or reliance on its outputs, including financial loss due to bid errors, cost overruns, or incorrect estimates.

5. Document Responsibility

You are responsible for having the legal right to access, process, and upload any documents, PDF files, floor plans, drawings, or other materials you load into this software. You represent that you own such documents or have obtained all necessary permissions from the copyright holder. FI Concrete LLC is not responsible for any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights arising from documents you do not have the right to process.

6. Accessibility

Arrow Estimating is designed for use with a mouse and keyboard on Windows 10 or later. Canvas-based tools may have limited compatibility with assistive technologies. Users with accessibility needs are encouraged to evaluate the software during the free trial period.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FI Concrete LLC operates.
